INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are those skills which are transferable and which are required by the people so that they perform
effectively in the organization. It is those proficiencies which are very important for being and getting successful at the work place.
These are non-technical skills which are very important for employees to perform effectively. These skills are very helpful for the
employees so that they could work with their full efficiency (Haasler, 2013). It includes proficiencies like problem solving, planning,
self-management, organizing, decision making and communication. Present report is about Home care which provides support and
help patients so that they could overcome their issues or illness. This report covers the evaluation of performance objectives in order to
work in a health and social care. Further, it covers the responsibilities for managing a team and self-evaluation in knowing the
capabilities to solve problems.
