effectively improve my communication skill so that I can easily interact and communicate with
manager. For developing skill, I needs to using blogging and social media, preparing as well as
making oral presentations that make able in attaining positive outcomes. Along with this,
working on customer’s service is also effective for developing skills of mine at workplace. By
this I can easily share my views and opinion with the employer at workplace. This will increase
the efficiency level of mine at workplace.
Problem solving: For developing skills and knowledge, it is important for me to improve
mu skill for handling complex situation. With the assistance of this, I can easily attain future
opportunities at workplace (Jackson, 2014). For improving this skill, I need to undertake research
with the aim of determining the main cause behind the problem. With the help of this I can easily
improve my problem solving skill at workplace. Along with this, by communicating with another
people is also help me in determining the way to resolve the issues that they faced at workplace.
