interpersonal skills and time management skills. The report is based upon the care home for
which communication strategies and time management strategies are adopted. Further, hoe koe
restaurant adopts problem solving strategies to resolve their food issues effectively.

I am the senior manager of Tesco company and we are recently want to done project is
that to expand business. For this, I need to analyse my own strength, weakness, opportunities and
threats by follow the SWOT model. Therefore, it is based upon skills that are described below:
STRENGTH
The major strength I have currently that
is a communication skills and I am able
to transfer message to all the levels of
company's management in an effective
manner. Thus, it helps me to expand
my business with the effective skills of
communicate which satisfy the all
individuals towards work.
The another strength is that working in
a teams that also help me a lot to make
environment healthier that retain more
diverse workforce for a long period of
time. Thus, it will resolve various
