INTRODUCTION
Personal skill audit is an important part of every individual life which will help in
improving its skills and abilities to perform full stop there are different factors which has to
be covered by the individual in order to enhance their personal skills and apply by developing
employability skills. In relation to the given report there is discussion about different skills
which and a process up reflection which will helpful in developing different employability
skills and identifying the current potential of an individual to apply for a particular job.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
It is important for an individual to develop the personal skills and abilities in order to
perform the functions in effective manner as well as achieve different results and better go in
future career. In context of the current situation I used to perform different functions to
develop my academic and employability skills for event air and other industry. In context of
the current system I used to develop appropriate skills by considering a personal audit. And
this personal audit identify different skills which I have to improve as well as currently
processing to perform my functions in future employability opportunities.
I currently possess the skills related to communication and lateral skills and various
other which are developed by me in order to enhance my employability chances.
Communication skills are those skills which are related to development communication
ability where I can easily communicate with different individuals. In order to improve my
future employability skills I used to communicate with different individuals in different
languages. This helps me in gaining the insight about different features of languages as well
as using different languages to communicate with various individual within the business of
airlines. This also helps me in visiting different places as well as makes me pervasive about
all these areas. I also develop analytical skills which are helpful for me in order to boost in
my employability chances as well as performing with airline industry. My employability
skills help me in gaining insight about different factors where I can easily analyse the
situations and perform in effective manner.

One of the major scales which are required to be developed by individual is related to
interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills are essential to be developed by an individual in order
to achieve better aspects in future career. Interpersonal skills help in gaining insight about
different factors as well as achieving the results in appropriate way. There are different
factors which are considered by many as well as identified in order to improve my
interpersonal skills help me in achieving appropriate function as well as developing an
appropriate system in order to develop the used to communicate with different individuals
which will help me in gaining insight about the knowledge and culture of different
individuals so that I can make effective relations and use this relation and future career. In
context of the current business environment there are different factors which are considered
to meet the requirements. Important skill which is developed by me and identified in the
personal audit is related to my creative thinking. Creative thinking is essential in the current
business environment in order to get employment in different sectors by developing creative
thinking there are different factors which will help an individual to achieve better results in
future career. I also identified that my creative thinking skills are not so good and the current
time. In order to develop the skills I used to get experience from different jobs where I
analysed my current performance as well as developed an appropriate inside about thinking
for stuff I also used to observe different things which will help me in developing an
appropriate my set which create environment support critical thinking.
It is identified the personal audit is important in order to meet the requirements of the
employability skills as well as perform various factors. I also identify different factors which
helped me in development my skills and abilities to identify the functions and perform my
rules in order to gain better opportunities in future. This is also essential to meet the
requirements in the future as well as developed an insight about the future career by gaining
knowledge about different skills and abilities.
