and development programmes in order to achieve organizational goal. This report is bases on the
TESCO which is an leading retail outlet with 450,000 employees all around the world. Company
headquarter is located in UK with 6800 shops worldwide. This report is based upon the different
skills audit and also explain about the different roles and responsibility present in the
organization to provide better services to the customers. Along with this there are different
interpersonal skills as well as tool and techniques which organization to improve the capabilities
of the employees. At last, there is proforma which is carried out by the organization to improve
the productivity.

an individual as well as of group. The main objective of the company is to manage the skill audit

expansion and growth. In the context of skill audit this has been clearly identified that, I clearly
get to know about my strengths and weakness on which I have to continuously work for getting

assisting to overcome my weakness and challenges in a well define manner. Hence this improve
the effectiveness of making PDP plan which reduces the theft and uncertainty present in the
organisation. Therefore, also I was somewhat curious for understanding the areas or skills on
which I was either good or average. The reasons PDP is done as the bosses wants their
employees to have the adaptability for the increased work pressure and able to manage the stress
cause due to the some circumstance. So with the help in PDP I have increased my
communication along with interpersonal skills which which will help in surviving in this
competitive world. This have increased my professional skills as it is essential for individual to
grow in the company. Beside this PDP help me in improving my self confidence and decision
making skills. Contrary, as I was know about the time scale so I mentioned the time period that
are to be required for enhancing my knowledge, skills as well as delegate specific time duration
efficaciously as well a effectually. Hence overall, procedures and activity help in to understand
the skills which were average in the starting and help me in choosing the right path which help
me in enhancing the services.

There were different problems through which I have gone through in the process while

was time consuming process as I have problems in managing and controlling all the
organisational activities effectively.
Although I have implement various options which help me in guiding various sources
which help me in providing betters support in making decision effectively. So the put
regressively my efforts for enhancing my skills so I make useful suggestion for the organisation
which leads towards expansions and growth. On the other hand I experienced that firm runs upon
the successive decision making skills. Hence this help me in increasing the skills which improve
the efficiency and also help in improving the working culture within the organisation. There
were lack of interaction among the employees in the similar department so this create a huge gap
among the employees which slow down the performance of the company.
