INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development refers to development of individuals skills and
knowledge to understand to employability or the job role in formal as well as informal life
(Suleman, 2018). It give assistance in managing the life in effective and efficient manner. the
present report will examine employability and study skill. Beside this the study refelect light on
individual skills with Gibbs reflective cycle.

Employability and study skills
Employability and study skills essential element in day to day life in order to enhance my
performance. These skills give assistance in developing the employable capability in personal as
well as professional life and motivate me to learn various aspects which is important in being
professionalism. These skills deliver job satisfaction and effective and efficient service at the
workplace ( Small, Shacklock and Marchant, 2018). I develop these skills in order to mange and
organise the resources, make effective decision, influence, lastly in order to meet new challenges
and face forthcoming problems in formal as well as informal life. The study skills help me to
accomplish my sort term goal and increase my confidence to move into new career path. Being
successful employee, I need to develop my professional knowledge and acknowledge myself to
the emerging world with the adequate employability.

DESCRIPTION
When I was developing the skills I decide to divide the elements into different part. In
order to complete the assessment smartly I divided the skills in two parts that are academic and
employability skills. As all skills need to develop individually I determined that I need to
identify my strength and weakness as soon as possible in order to develop all the skill for further
improvement. When I was working on my skills I experience lots of concepts and approaches to
covered ion efficient time. While competing this assignment I collect all the necessary resources
and relevant data with the assistance of digital technology, book, essay, hypothesis etc. along
with that the members of my university for example teacher, professors, classmate and my
university friends help me out in completing this task as soon as possible. During the assessment
I bifurcated my ability in different segments and sort out what ability give assistance in

developing the successful career path. On the bases of the skills, I determined how to work with
cooperation and cooperative manner along with the management of time and solve the problem
as soon as possible. It is essential to complete the task on time it doesn’t matter it is related to
professional or personal While completing this assessment I build great impression on the
peoples of the institute.
Feelings
my feeling toward the personal and professional development is so strong as I focused on
learning different academic as well as employability. I revealed that learning is important along
with stressful (Bernstrøm, Drange and Mamelund, 2018). I realised that in order to be good
employable I need to improve my communication skills, I am good listener that’s my strength
but not good speaker is my weakness. for instance, sometime I am unable to explain my points
and my ideas in front of the people in clear manner which create misunderstanding. Further I
come to know that it s essential to work on the skills to meet the goals or the aim of personal life.
During the assessment I was so excited to learn the new thing because gradually they are
building my confidence and introducing me with the emerging world. I discovered that working
with the people or worked within the team make the work more effective and make easy to
complete. During this whole process I face difficulty in coordinating with the people too because
aren’t able to address my points in clear manner. I really got disturb at one point but later I
realised that I need to improve no doubt it will required effort. I got the feelings of being
motivated when I said that it is hard but not difficult to develop and take initiative in order to
handle the situation due to having good learning skills.
Evaluation
during this assessment I experience lots of skills and knowledge while help me out in clarifying
the right career path for me. With the utilization of research skills and the availability of the
technology I gathered all the information. I expend my network while competing this assignment
ad conduct sort survey in order to enhance my skills. at that moment I realised that in this fast
developing generation it is essential to manage the time in an effective manner as time describe
essential element in order to become capable employee of the organisation ( McGunagle, and
Zizka,2020) . later on, I assume that it will be more beneficial if I improve my management skills

to handle the problems on time. For instance, when I face some technical issue in duration
process of the assignment that was bad experience for me. But the other people coordinate with
me in order to solve the issue. At that time, I examine personally that it is essential to work with
cooperation within the organisation that increase the employability as well as productivity for
any company. I can become employable person when I have power or strength to coordinate the
workers or the employees of the organisation because team spirit is one of the best things which
represent the brand value in the marketplace. So lit can be concluded that the employability and
study skill is consist of various skills which include good communicational, research, problem-
solving skills etc. the study skills are refers to the academic skill which need to grab in order to
make the cv more attractive. With the assistance of academic skill, the employees become more
advance and collect the information at the early stage. I make the research on the study and
employability skills and then I come to know that it is one of the essential elements which keep
the person engaged at the work place as well as bring creativity in balancing the work life
( Monteiro, et.al 2020).
Analysis
In the end of this assignment, I analysed that I have to improve some of my skills which is part
of employability and study skills. for the better communication I need to become the good
speaker along with that need to develop the time management skills as the first priority. That
skills are the supportive in enhancing the performance in the individual work and personal life.
Furthermore, I determine that my confidence and cooperation power is my biggest strength for
becoming capable employees in any professional field. I examine that I am self-motivated person
and have good learning power because of that I can learn new things which is beneficial for my
future career path. Further I realised that I have the ability to make the research with the
assistance of the tools.
Conclusion
From the above assignment I concluded that it is essential to develop the employability and
academic skills. in this situation of developing personal and professional skill I learn various
thing like how team spirit is essential to complete the task, time management worked as the
survival and the individual person like need to endeavour the decision making power for

effective and efficient completion of the work ( Nirmala and Kumar, 2018). while I was in
process of improving and modifying my skill the members of my family and the people of the
university like professor or the friends give me huge assistance in resolving and completing the
assignment. I have done research on the employability in order to determine what job is more
suitable for me as per my strength and weaknesses. Furthermore, I identified what kind of
opportunity I have in context of better performance and deal with the forthcoming challenges.
Action plan
From all above analysation I realised that I have to or I will work on my skills which will
become supportive in increasing the scale of my performance and enhance work quality
( Pouratashi, 2019). It is essential to form action plan as it worked as the plans of action to
modify the skills and knowledge for the better future.

plan because of which a person can improve the skill.
