INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development refers to development of individuals skills and
knowledge to understand to employability or the job role in formal as well as informal life
(Suleman, 2018). It give assistance in managing the life in effective and efficient manner. the
present report will examine employability and study skill. Beside this the study refelect light on
individual skills with Gibbs reflective cycle.

Employability and study skills
Employability and study skills essential element in day to day life in order to enhance my
performance. These skills give assistance in developing the employable capability in personal as
well as professional life and motivate me to learn various aspects which is important in being
professionalism. These skills deliver job satisfaction and effective and efficient service at the
workplace ( Small, Shacklock and Marchant, 2018). I develop these skills in order to mange and
organise the resources, make effective decision, influence, lastly in order to meet new challenges
and face forthcoming problems in formal as well as informal life. The study skills help me to
accomplish my sort term goal and increase my confidence to move into new career path. Being
successful employee, I need to develop my professional knowledge and acknowledge myself to
the emerging world with the adequate employability.

DESCRIPTION
When I was developing the skills I decide to divide the elements into different part. In
order to complete the assessment smartly I divided the skills in two parts that are academic and
employability skills. As all skills need to develop individually I determined that I need to
identify my strength and weakness as soon as possible in order to develop all the skill for further
improvement. When I was working on my skills I experience lots of concepts and approaches to
covered ion efficient time. While competing this assignment I collect all the necessary resources
and relevant data with the assistance of digital technology, book, essay, hypothesis etc. along
with that the members of my university for example teacher, professors, classmate and my
university friends help me out in completing this task as soon as possible. During the assessment
I bifurcated my ability in different segments and sort out what ability give assistance in

Feelings
my feeling toward the personal and professional development is so strong as I focused on
learning different academic as well as employability. I revealed that learning is important along
with stressful (Bernstrøm, Drange and Mamelund, 2018). I realised that in order to be good
employable I need to improve my communication skills, I am good listener that’s my strength
but not good speaker is my weakness. for instance, sometime I am unable to explain my points
and my ideas in front of the people in clear manner which create misunderstanding. Further I
come to know that it s essential to work on the skills to meet the goals or the aim of personal life.
During the assessment I was so excited to learn the new thing because gradually they are
building my confidence and introducing me with the emerging world. I discovered that working
with the people or worked within the team make the work more effective and make easy to
complete. During this whole process I face difficulty in coordinating with the people too because
aren’t able to address my points in clear manner. I really got disturb at one point but later I
realised that I need to improve no doubt it will required effort. I got the feelings of being
motivated when I said that it is hard but not difficult to develop and take initiative in order to
handle the situation due to having good learning skills.
Evaluation
during this assessment I experience lots of skills and knowledge while help me out in clarifying
the right career path for me. With the utilization of research skills and the availability of the
technology I gathered all the information. I expend my network while competing this assignment

developing generation it is essential to manage the time in an effective manner as time describe
