make the one eligible for a job but to get success in every field the one needs to develop the skills. Some
technical skills are specific to the job but it is necessary to develop the soft skills that are required in
every job and employment sector. In this report, there is a discussion of the responsibilities and
performance objectives of the manager of Travelodge. It would discuss to develop interpersonal and
