The report will be discussing the various processes that are associated with employee turnover
and employee feedback in order to deal with the effective application of various strategies that
can be used in the growth of employee potential skills. The report will also take care effective
application for the growth and development of various processed associated with the

development of employability skills thus helping in the growth of future aspect of the employees.

workplace following actions are needed to be taken by the management.
1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectives

Personal responsibility: This role contains self-ethics and roles that are needed by management
in order to define their thinking and capability in order to deal with the subsequent situations and
challenges in the system.
