INTRODUCTION
Employability skill is a set of skills that are needed by an individual and make them
professional in their work. It is also considered as transferrable skill as this skill can
transfer one too many. Skills like positive attitude, knowledge of the subject, technical
knowledge, etc. generally fall into the category of employability skill that employer wants
from their employee (Akbarzadeh & Enferadi, 2011). Employability skill is essential for the
employee and often considered as enterprise or workplace skill as the skill significantly
requires in professional work rather than personal. Employability skill is more often than
not significantly appreciated by the employers as this skill is hard to obtain because
employability is a combination of much essential skill.
The assignment focuses on the significance of employability skill and presents the
importance of employability skill in a professional career. The assignment shows the
aspects of various aspects of employability skills such as problem-solving skill, motivation
skill, communication skill, team management, etc. and presents the various plans and
process in order to bring more effectiveness in these skills.

respect to goals and objective of Travelodge hotel own personal abilities and effectiveness
of manager are assessed below:

As a manager, it is important to understand the roles of each and every team member and
individual that benefits in achieving objectives and helps in proper team management. As a
manager, I am responsible to manage my team and possess the ability to motivate team
