INTRODUCTION
The report analyzes the responsibilities and performances goals needed by a manager of the
travel and tourism sector industry organization. The effectiveness of achieving the required
goals and objectives of the company are analyzed. The recommendations are given for the
improvement of the required performance. The employability skills are the required skills
and performance level required by an individual to deliver efficient and quality work to the
employer. Currently, I am working as a manager of the Travelodge Hotel and the report is
based on the employment skills required by the Travelodge Hotel. The roles and
responsibilities of the hotel manager of the Travelodge Hotel are discussed in the report.
The overall development of the skills of hotel manager along with their interpersonal skills is
examined. The report explained the solutions to the work based problems in order to
develop transferable skills along with effective time management strategies.
