INTRODUCTION
Capabilities of individual of maintaining its occupation is called employability skills.
Person has to develop some additional skills and knowledge so that individual can be successful
in its job and can sustain in the firm for longer period. It includes competencies, soft hard skills,
transferable, interpersonal, problem solving, generic skills of the employees so hat person can
fulfil its responsibilities effectively and can perform well in the workplace. Present report is
based on the leading fashion brand Timbacourt, it provides high quality fashionable cloths to
men and women. Company is planning to expand its business by opening more flagship stores in
London (Tran, 2015). For that firm is looking for the skilled human resource manager who can
recruit qualified and capable persons in the workplace those who can operate business
significantly. Current assignment will discuss the responsibilities and performance of HR
manager in Timbacourt. Report will discuss the role of people in a team and it will analyse the
team dynamics. To resolve problems in the workplace, report will develop appropriate strategy
which can assist in resolving issues.
TASK 1
1.1
Timbacourt is the clothing retailer, cited firm is working well in west London. It offers
products via online medium as well. Now enterprise wants to develop flagship stores in entire
London. Being a HR manager in the organization I have to perform many duties in the
workplace (Danial and Mohamed, 2014). My performance objective in the firm is to hire such
efficient persons in the company those who have skills and necessary qualification so that they
can contribute well in the success of the entity. My role is to conduct recruitment session in the
floor, for that I will have to make connection with internal and external agencies. My duty is to
gather all resources to make selection process more effective. I have to organize written test for
candidates so that I can actually examine their skills and knowledge. The persons those who get
passed now my responsibility is to conduct interview for them. I will have to prepare necessary
questions for the candidates so that I can judge their analytical and communication skills. My
responsibility is to select most suitable person in the Timbacourt (Gallagher, 2013).
My performance objective is to make people more comfortable in the floor so that they
can share their feeling with each other effectively. This will be beneficial for the company, as
