interaction level helps in the enhancement of the future. The strong communication is necessary
to be developed & retained with all the tourists & the complete moral support must be provided

Leadership Skills: Along with the effective skills of communication, I possess being the
effective leader of the company. The skills related to leading the effective groups, considering
the helping nature, enhancing the efficient functioning of the group, all these are being included

different people. Being the travel manager, understanding the different needs & perspectives of
the people is very essential as because only then, they will be provided with the effective &
