developing manager, it is very necessary for me to enhance the supreme & premium nature of
communication skills. These effective skills help me to retain the existing tourists along with the
complete moral support to be delivered to them.
Leadership Skills: Apart from being the developing manager, I am also the most effective
leader of “Thomas Cook”. I possess the qualities of helping nature, efficient functioning of the
groups and also enhancing the “cross-cultural teams”.
Effective Knowledge: Possessing the complete & effective knowledge is very essential related
to the overall travel & tourism industry (Forsyth, 2018). Along with enhancing the higher quality
services, it is also very necessary to identify the arising needs &requirements of the tourists.
All these above qualities are very essential to be possessed by me so as to face the tough &
increasing competition in the industry & therefore the defined organizational objectives are to be
achieved in an effective & efficient manner.

company, considering the increasing needs & demands of various tourists are very necessary for
enhancing the standard quality of services.
Overall Personality Development: In order to improve the communication as well as the
leadership skills, the overall course of personality development must be enhanced in the tourism
organization “Thomas Cook” so that the team work can also be ensured & enhanced (Glasby,
2017).
Consultation of Efficient Professionals: The efficient working & organizational operations can
be more attractive & improved in a better way with the effective consultation of all the points by
