manager in a big company. As I have many skill and ability to handle this job profile but I also
think that I have to improve my communication skills as well as interpersonal skill little bit as these
both skills influence the audience to connect with me for a long time. As good communication leads
to then effective conversation with other people as well as helps in building the good relationship
with people and the inter personal skills helps me in connecting to people effectively and examining
how people deals with each other. If I work on these both skills to develop & enhance it is very
beneficial for me as it helps in my career development.
