P1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectives.
Job specific responsibilities: Any employee working at a lower or a higher level must adhere to
all the job specifications as mentioned by the organization. They must work on a daily basis and
complete all their duties on time. They must adhere to the organization’s working time and must
report to the office on time. The work assigned to the employees must be submitted on the said
deadline which includes meeting all the quality standards of the work to be submitted. An
employee must also maintain a safe and healthy working environment and possess good
leadership qualities.
Performance and motivational objectives: an organization consists of many employees from
different departments. The administration staff must be able to implement strategies that can
check the performance of each employee. It can use appraisal systems based on the performance
and give bonus to the deserving employees. Before assigning tasks to the employees they must
be provided training in how to execute the tasks (Lehmann-Willenbrock, et. al., 2015). To
develop a healthy competitive spirit in the employees we can provide them ratings by ranking
them based on certain specifications. According to the motivation theory of Herzberg-Two
Factor theory, some of the factors are used for the motivation of an employee and are used to
provide job satisfaction to the employees working in an organization. The motivating factors
according to his theory are:
Achievement
Recognition
Work itself
Responsibility
Advancement
These motivating factors can be used for any employee working on a higher or a lower level.

work in the required manner (Eubanks, et. al., 2016).
Proper guidance and work must be provided to the employees who will prevent them to
focus on anything else but only on the work assigned.
The bonus and incentives must be provided on the said time and must not be delayed.
To prevent any conflicts in the organization, a proper description of their work and their

Solution 4: the hotel must implement latest technologies and must appoint some security
engineer who can secure their systems and use methods like firewall, IDS (Intrusion Detection
Systems), IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) etc. to provide data leaks from the hotel. (Prafder,
