structure because the lack of communication can create many problems in the function of the
organization. There are three types of communication style which are given below:
Aggressive: An aggressive style of communication is not much effective because the aggressive
style does not listen to the problems of the employees and the employees are not asked for
their views and opinions. As it is a very rigid style of communication it does not provide many
benefits to the employees and does not fill the gap between the employees and employers.
Passive: The passive style of communication refers to the indirect style of communication with
others. In this style of communication employees generally, hesitate to share their views and
opinions. This style can solve the issues but it cannot provide the long term solution for the
problems.
Assertive: this style of communication is always better than the other two styles of
communication. This style of communication is mostly adopted by the companies at the global

systematic way which leads to perform the more activities in less time (Grissom, et al., 2015).
There are various time management theories which can be applied:
Maslow’s Time Management Theory: This theory was introduced by Abraham Harold Maslow
who explained that it is necessary to divide the focus on the different work according to the
importance of the work. It gives the appropriate time to the specific work which is more
