(2013), the team worker is responsible for executing the located task along with aligning by
the rule and regulations made by the leader. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining
coordination among the individual members of the team (Ro and Chen, 2011). The resource

Thought oriented
These categories also comprises of three sub categories from which, the first category is of
plants that comprises of those people who are creative and possess abilities of solving issues
in an unconventional manner (Jones, 2013). The second category is of monitor evaluators,
who are responsible for making impartial decisions and providing proper direction to the
team. The last category is termed as specialist, which consists of those, who are
knowledgeable regarding particular areas and provide in depth knowledge to the team while
performing any task.

the alternative method and these goals will only be possibly accomplished, when all the
members of team maintain proper interaction and communication among them. If there is any
type of uncertainty among the team members, then resolving conflicts will not be easier and
this will negatively affect the performance of the team (Jung and Yoon, 2011). Therefore,
eliminating these kinds of uncertainties and facilitating proper communication should be
focus of this alternative method. Beside these factors, maintaining proper relations between
the team members and creating a feeling of respect inside the team members regarding each
