motivating the individuals and would help in execution of the different tasks properly by
adhering to the different systems. The different forms of communicating with the various
employees would be taken into account and the various activities to be executed will help the
Travelodge Hotel to ensure smooth functioning and maximize their profits in future.
The strategies for managing time has to be adopted in a specific and proper manner to execute
the operational activities in a smooth manner. The development of teams within the Travelodge

As a service manager, I could have handled the tasks in a more matured manner and
helped in providing more smooth and efficient services to the customers.
I need to attend the workshops and training sessions in order to enhance my skills in
executing the varied range of activities as a service manager.
I feel that I need to sharpen my skills by attending the internship sessions being held in
the hotel on a monthly basis. The internship sessions would help me to practically
execute the activities that are involved in serving the customers of different categories in
hotel.
As a service manager, I had experienced that most of the employees and colleagues
working alongside me in the hotel tends to create obstacles in the path of smooth
functioning of the varied range of activities going on in the organization. I want to
suggest some specific measures to provide wholesome training to the employees and
