with all other employees in the market. These skills assist the individual in the self-
development and growth and these are important when the employees and person
want and wish to work within the organization or the group.
This section will deal with the understanding of the employability skills and its
understanding in context to the Virgin Group. This assignment will focus on the
development of the set of responsibilities and the objectives of the performance. This
has also evaluated its own effectiveness with respect to the defined goals and objectives.
The second task has provided insights for the solutions for the work based problems in
context to the Virgin Group. The next task has provided insights for the team dynamics
and skills to work with others. The last task has provided the development of strategies

The defined objectives of Virgin Group are to ensure higher customer satisfaction and
provide world-class services to them. There is a need to evaluate the defined objectives
of the manager of the Virgin Group and for that, a development needs to be prepared
and planned which must ensure the following activities:
1. COMMUNICATION: The first element that must ensure is the communication of
the objectives of the companies to the members of the team, employees, subordinates
and all people working in the organisation. It is important for the manager to ensure
that all subordinates must aware of the goals and objectives of the individual and
