The mini project workshops are the project based courses which assist a person in
improving their skills and knowledge. This is particularly because of the reason that these
workshop involves the use of different types of activities and events which build and increases
knowledge of the people attending the workshop (Subramanian, 2017). With the attending of one
kind of mini project workshop I learnt that it is helpful in increasing the knowledge to a great
extent. With the help of this workshop I was able to increase my employability skill. This is
pertaining to the fact that by attending the workshop I learnt the importance of team work. This
team work is very important at time of working in the employment or corporate sector.
Hence, with help of the mini workshop I was able to learn that forming a team in proper
and effective manner is very important. The major reason underlying this fact is that when the
team will not be good and competent then they will not be in position to work in proper and
effective manner. Hence, the use of effective team formation models is necessary like Tuckman
team development model. When it comes to employability I learnt that team working skill is a
necessity. The reason underlying this fact is that in a company no person can work in isolation
and there is requirement of team efforts to attain the objectives of the business. hence, this mini
project workshop was very helpful in order to learn the importance of team working ad how this
can improve the overall working efficiency of the company.
Along with this, the mini project workshop also helped me in analysing the importance of
clear communication (Pardo-Garcia and Barac, 2020). The reason underlying this fact is that
when the communication is not proper and clear then there can be flaws in the working and this
will not result in attaining the objectives of the business. with this mini project workshop, I
understood that for a good employment or career the most essential aspect is the clear and easy
communication. The communication is the only key through which a person can share the
information with the other person to accomplish all the work necessary to be attained.
Hence, the mini project workshop contributed much towards the effective development of
my employability. The major reason pertaining to the fact is that with this mini project workshop
I was able to develop employability to a great extent. The reason underlying this fact is that when
the project was undertaken in a group of four people I learnt that how team work helps in
improving the quality of work and how it results in effective accomplishment of the goal of
team. Further while working on the project I also evaluated that the use of effective

communication is very important in order to manage the work in proper and on time. Hence,
with this analysis I can state that working and attending the mini project workshop is very
important in order to increase the employability skills in good and effective manner (Kornelakis
and Petrakaki, 2020).
