hinders the probabilities of attaining the dream job. Social media means job hunting has advanced
beyond posting resumes to organizations and waiting for a response. Prospective candidates can

out in their selected field (Purvis, Rodger & Beckingham, 2016).
LinkedIn can be very supportive for the prospective employees as it generates a
professional profile in public domain to advance job opportunities. After graduate from
University, employees can create a profile on LinkedIn, which will aid in identifying the business
worldwide, which is suitable. It helps in follow the key influencers in the selected sector. It aids in
making connections and increasing the network. It provides an easy method to keep in touch with
your network and publish your proficiency. It provides several opportunities as compared to it
links to hundreds of individual and reliant on the scale of social interaction, it shapes a great
contact list through which personnel are informed about the new chances in the horizon (Barnes,
Green & de Hoyos, 2015).
