With the rapid advancement of the association, conflict between organizations is widening,
alumni are at the heart of the degree and more attention is being paid to their employability
skills. To win over their competitors in fierce conflict, managers need to bring graduates with a
wide range of abilities to the workplace and who need the multi-talented producers to perform a
variety of jobs. (Helyer, 2007). So graduates entering the world of work need to take on
managers.
To make us more risky later in the job market, we should first find out what employment ideas
the company needs for graduates, and then based on employment skills do the research

progress within a business to realize a person's hidden potential and effectively contribute to key

alumni, but the level of employability is not the same. The employment skills that alumni should
have depends on the actual working situation of the organization and a number of organizations

Initiative and enterprise skills
The representatives chosen by the group are multi-talented, the group can visit their staff to move
to different offices and take on different roles within an organization. (Heather and Peter, 2006)
This therefore requires the employee to have the skills of action and daring to adapt to new
situations and be able to accept the situation quickly.
Personal SWOT Analysis
After identify the employability skills that needed by companies, I make a personal SWOT
analysis based on actual experience and self-assessment test through the internet.
Strengths
I have great collaboration and potential. As you can see after my self-assessment test, I have an
incredible appreciation for human power and empowerment. In the collection work I can extend
the ideas to different people and usually as a group starter I make mistakes with the people I
meet to make sure everyone is valuing the promises they make (Payne and Whittaker, 2006).
I am authorized to autonomy. I can set the table well and all without being pushed. I usually
record what I have to do and resolve it as indicated by the importance and time group. After that
I will keep in touch with the timetable so that I know clearly what and when I should do it
immediately.
I am doing well in learning. I am ready to invest energy and energy to learn new skills. As a side
note, in addition to the module I am also attending the free English lesson and the smaller
Assessment Center module than expected to develop myself.
I have innovation skills. I have the necessary PC skills and the use of special programming
packages. Since I chose the featured business option in my first year and am now also learning
the application management and display option, they all need to use the specific programming
packages so I figured out how to use them in the course.

British scholars have a similar problem. Job shortages have been blamed for a "significant
increase" in the number of unemployed alumni in previous years, creating further labor market
tensions in 2010 (Clinkard, 2018).
