INTRODUCTION
In this report will highlight a personal reflecting journey that discuss the achievement of
employability as well as study skills that aligns to such skills. Such as communication skills,
research skills, ICT skills, team work and networking, time and self-management and problem-
solving skills. Furthermore, it will consider applying the relevant framework as Gibbs reflective
cycle and support the achievement of these skills. Moreover, it includes a plan with objectives to
improve these skills in the future. This will help to study the basic concepts about all essential
skills.

With the help of Gibbs reflection model, I want to share my learning experience that is:
Description: I want to share my experience on learning skills. After attending this module, I
found that I am good in number of skills that can help me out in the future. Moreover, I have
good grasping skills, so I learn the thing easily (Zaghloul, 2018). As well, I can easily do the
research on the projects and it helps me to gather and analyse the information and build my
knowledge. I am easily able to communicate with team members regarding the project or the
assignment. Moreover, I am confident because I communicate with others easily and I remain
friendly with others, so I get interested in going to the university. Furthermore, I have done lots
of assignments with other people, and I was having trouble in online assignment because my ICT
skills were not good. A part from this ICT skill means information and communication
technology. Moreover, I am self-confident because I do teamwork and it sets me to future
success and it teaches me active listening and effective speaking. I connect with seniors in
university for knowledge and skill building. I am not able to go university on time and I always
get late, and at that time I struggled for time management and is difficult for me due to planning
fallacy. I am not good at problem solving because if anything happens I am not able to solve the
problem properly, when a problem was happened while I was doing the team work and I was not
able to solve that problem. My skills that grew from this experience was the one that was
regarding the communication skills that focused on the management of the practices. It was
essential for be to be able to understand the effectiveness of research skills which was very
effective in the performance. I was able to understand that the better knowledge and experience
helps me provide the success that is required for the management of the success.

Feeling: From that experience, I came to know that I am good in communication skill. I was
given a team assignment and I communicated with team members in an effective manner. It
helped me out in knowing about communication skill and all other strengths. Apart from this I
have also come to know that I am good at research skill. I was given a project and I have done
research on it and I analyse and gather the information easily and this help me to known my
research skill (Cavalheiro and et.al., 2019). Moreover, I got an online assignment and I have able
to do it properly, and I was having trouble doing it online and then I come to know that my ICT
skills was not good. I was given teamwork and I have done it properly because from this I learn
many things, and I get connect with seniors for knowledge. From this I know my teamwork and
networking was good. Furthermore, I come to know that my time and self-management skill was
not good, I can't manage the time gets late. I was not good at problem solving skills because I
cannot solve the problem easily. During my experience at the learning module I was tough about
how to develop my communication skills. In this development I was able to enjoy my experience

time management skills so that I can make better decisions in the future and can accomplish set
