To achieve the shared goals with team work:
Defining team Strategies: By refocusing on strategic goals, I would encourage the team to
build its own working skills and ability, and accordingly generate a strategy of the team.
This would clarify their strategy among the members and would be beneficiary for them to
know their roles and responsibilities.
Establishing team vision and its Goals: I would understand and support the members of the
team to develop the team's vision and its goals which will make people familiar with each
other and their working styles.

be achieved under their functional areas while working on the projects. This would clarify
the person's power to take decisions and position in the team.
