On the basis of above given report, it has been analyzed that employee relations play a very
crucial role in influencing the behaviour of stakeholders in an organisation. Further there is
critical analysis of the roles & responsibility of different stakeholders that consist of trade
unions, employers and government that is affecting the level of employee relationship in the
organisation. Employee relations are very necessary to understand its impact on the way
organisation is managing their functions by using theory of stakeholder analysis. It leads to
understand the impact on relations between employer and employees & its value for achievement
of organisations objectives.
