Executive Summary
Organisational behaviour is a study to evaluate the interaction of the employees in a business
organisation. In this regard, the primary purpose of the organisational behaviour is to introduce a
scientific approach that can be applied to formulate a perception regarding the management of
the employees. Based on this understanding, the present report likes to discuss about different
behavioural approaches of an organisation and the issues that are created due to hostile attitudes
of the employees. In this context, the report got the reference from a case study of Advert Co.
Company where the company deals with employee attitude problem. For an instance, Sue Yan is
dealing with her payment issue where she found out that other employees earned more in
compare to her salary. On the other hand, George Thong was overwhelmed with the workplace
environment of the company but he was facing lack of expertise in his English language.
Therefore, he wanted to take care of that. Furthermore, Sally could not deal with the
irresponsible attitude of her colleagues though she tried to negotiate with them for doing the
work properly. Therefore, the report cares to investigate the issues by using the MARS Model
and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory. Moreover, the report also includes a recommendation
that is helpful for the Advert Co. Company in order to mitigate the employee related issues. In a
conclusion, the report argues that the company requires an immediate change in its
organisational behaviour and a strong relationship between the management and the employees
can usher better organisational behaviour.

Introduction
Organisation behaviour is considered to be a major aspect for the quality of service and
profit earning for an organisation. In fact, the organisational behaviour is intertwined with the
workplace culture though putting more focus on the individual aspects (Gelfand et al. 2017). It
can be argued that the positive working culture in a workplace with motivation and encouraging
the employees will deliver a better outcome in terms of increase the profit and productivity of the
company (Kanfer and Chen 2016). Based on this understanding, the report develops an
understanding with reference to the given scenario. As per the case study there are three
individual employees in the Advert Co. Company with their different behaviour and motivational
aspects. For an instance, Sue Yan is dealing with her payment issue where she found out that
other employees earned more in compare to her salary. On the other hand, George Thong was
overwhelmed with the workplace environment of the company but he was facing lack of
