many companies the employees meet the standards of the professional behavior related to the
condition of employment (Chen et al., 2015). It has been seen that these standards helps the
company to create a good working environment for every person. If the focus is given on the
standards that govern the workplace, it can be seen that it helps to ensure the behavior and also
the success in the job. It is important for the employees to behave in a proper manner in the
workplace so that it can be easy to accomplish the overall objectives. The concept of
organization behavior focuses on the behavior of the employees and it has a connection with the
activities assigned to the workers. The success and failure of the company depends on the
behavior of the employees (Shahab and Nisa, 2014).
