Introduction
 This report covers the communication with the employees during the global pandemic and the
potential issues, communicating with employees regarding the different changes in the company
 It also covers the business deals related to the negotiating an international and cross border and
complains regarding the policy and procedures of the company.

Communication with employees
during global pandemic
 Communication refers to the exchange of the information using the various mediums. Various
communication channels are used in order to deliver the useful information to the receiver.
 , many companies have adopted the work from home culture in order to avoid the spread of the
infection but due to this various challenges is faced by the company one of which is the
communication challenge.
 The crisis have force the companies to shift to the online communication including the business
meetings, arranging the projects online and teams.
 Tesco company faced various issues while communicating during the pandemic as the company
adopted the work from home culture and were working from remote areas and was difficult to
effectively communicate which created various problems but the company took various steps and
provided facilities to the employees so that they can easily communicate with the company

employees during the crisis is a very difficult task.
 It is very important for the leader to communicate
regularly and in effective manner in order to avoid any
difficulty.
 The leader should communicate frequently with their
employees and team members in order to reduce fear and
uncertainty.
 During the times of covid-19 Sainsbury also faced
difficulties when communicating with the employees due to
various restrictions and work from home culture it was very
difficult to coordinate with the employees. But in order to
overcome this difficulty, the company offered various
facilities and overcome the barrier

their concerns and opinions.
 During the crisis the employees are given work from home, the
company should make sure that the employees working from
remote areas don not face any difficulty.
 The company should also focus on two-way communication
culture in the company so that employees can raise their issues.
 Asda UK also faced issues various challenges during the situation
of pandemic while communicating with the employees but slowly
overcome this barrier by providing various facilities for the
employees living in remote areas which helped to reduce the
barrier.
