Advantages : for the inside method this help the organisation to recruit the person which is
already known by the staff that help them to crate the good environment in the organisation. if
the person is already known then then it easy to the organisation to find the strength and
weakness of the person and also help to coordinate in the scheduled. for the notice board it give
the advancement that it is cheaper and it stay on the particular place that mean that mainly
interest person check the advertisement.
Disadvantages: for the notice broad this is not the advance technology for the advertisement so
usually people ignore the notice broad. Many time it fails at the time of deliver the
advertisement. For the family and staff advertisement it create too much familiar in the
organisation which create the negative impact on to the organisation(Bratton and Gold, 2017).
