This paper has focused on the effect of employee engagement on job performance and
commitment towards companies in Egyptian banking sector. This has been an exploratory study
which focuses on engagement of employee on satisfaction of job and commitment based social
exchange theory (SET). One survey questionnaire has been developed. Regression has been
utilized for predicting and explaining proposed relationship. The survey has been conducted
using 254 bank employees from private and public banks. Pearson correlation matrix and
regression have been utilized for analysis. This paper has utilized few academic journals which
has been researching comprehensive model of employee engagement outcomes.

This paper has focused on effect of HRM practices on performance of employee in textile
industry of Pakistan. A Random sampling technique has been utilized for gathering informations
for the research. A survey questionnaire has been developed on 34 items which has been
distributed among 68 employees of textile industry. A Pearson correlation technique has been
used for identify the relationship between employee performance and HRM practices. The
results shows that HRM practices Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Career Planning,
Training, and Employee Involvement have a positive impact on employee’s performance.
Therefore, it has justified that independent variables have contributed towards change in
dependent variable.
