This research proposal aims to evaluate the influence of employee engagement on employee performance during the pandemic, using Morrison as a case study. It explores the concept of employee satisfaction and its impact on organizational performance, investigates the challenges faced by Morrisons in engaging employees during the pandemic, and identifies strategies used for employee satisfaction to improve performance.
