Introduction
Employee engagement are the measures adopted by an organization through employees feel
passionate for their work. The process of employee engagement also increases commitment level
of the employees (Morton et al., 2018). In this report, the impact of employee engagement on
organizational success topic, it is because in the current year employee engagement plays an
important role due to motivating the large number of employees in the organization. Further, the
discussion is made on the three selected articles to understand the influence of employee
engagement on productivity of organization.
Article-1
Employee engagement leads in increasing the commitment of the employees towards the
organization it is because of increasing their satisfaction level in the particular area. The human
resource strategy is the important method for managing the human resource (Morton et al.,
2018). The various strategies were adopted by different organization to attract large number of
employees in the organization. The data collection was done through taking the opinions from
different respondents that is taking the ideas from various existing articles. It is because this
leads in providing various different knowledge regarding the subject matters to achieve the
objective of conducting research.
The analysis revealed that employee engagement leads in increasing higher satisfaction of the
employees. It is because the employees feel more engaged and satisfied with the work and
desired position due to increasing the number of connection level and this leads in increasing
team work and corporation among the employees (Morton et al., 2018). Further, this also leads in
providing benefits to the companies that is it increases the capability of the company to
accomplish the objective in effective manner. Researchers also revealed that it increase the
retention level of the employees and can increase the hiring level because of retaining the
competent employees in the organization (Morton et al., 2018). The companies invest more
amount in engaging the employees because of reducing the turnover and to retain the top
employees in the organization. The estimation describes that it can reduce the rate of turnover
and makes the employee happier. However, it is revealed that the productivity of the

organization is in the hands of the competent employees and engaged employees leads in
increasing the efficiency and overall profits as well as revenue of the organization. In UK various
organizations adopt various strategies and programs to maintain sense of responsibility and

In the competitive environment it become important to improve the performance of the
organization it is because of attracting more skilled employees in the organization. The employee
engagement act s the mediator for improving the performance and to raise the outcomes in the
organization. It is describes that employee engagement and productivity of the organization are
highly related to each other (Chaudhry et al., 2017). The objective of the study is to understand
that whether there is the relationship among the employee engagement and the outcomes of the
organization. The survey method is used to take the survey from the employees who all perform
efficient to achieve the objective of the organization. This study is selected because organization
outcomes are achieved through performing better and to sustaining in the competitive
environment (Chaudhry et al., 2017).
The investigation of the article revealed that employee engagement provide various benefits to
the organization it is because of using different techniques and policies that is providing effective
training and performance, better compensation and other employee benefits in the organization.
Therefore, there are also various other activities through which the strong relationship is
maintained among the organization and employees (Chaudhry et al., 2017). The results of the
articles describe similar results with other studies that it increase profitability and develop the
learning and intellectual skills of the employees to make efficient decision in the particular
period of time through involving various team members. In this employee choose best way of
conducting the research so that participation and other principles maintained in the organization.
Researchers also increase loyalty among the employees because of receiving more benefits, the
commitment level of the employees towards the organization is increased (Chaudhry et al.,
2017). The employees feel that they are the part of the organization and understand the problems
and challenges of the organization in more effective manner by reducing the cost and
expenditure of the organization (Chaudhry et al., 2017).

The employee engagement is broadly defined as the strategy in which employee participate i all
the activities and become more collaborative (Mohanty, 2018). In this employees use various
resources and time to expand the operations of the company in the international environment.
The objective of the study is to understand the effects of employee engagement towards the
productivity and profitability of the company. In the present research, researchers adopted
qualitative inductive approach so that objective of the research will be achieved.
The findings of the study revealed that organization use various strategies such as providing the
employees various opportunities to grow and developed in the longer term, the other strategy is
to give regular recognition to the employees (Mohanty, 2018). The estimation describes that
companies also use positive feedback strategy to motivate the employees of the organization.
This affects the company in positive manner to gain the competitive advantage, to increase the
profits of the organization. Further, it influences company in positive manner due to more
motivated employees and better organizational culture (Mohanty, 2018).
Conclusion
From the above, it is estimated that employee engaged is the strategy of various companies to
achieve the revenue and to sustain in competitive environment. The companies use various
policies which includes recognizing the employees, providing them benefits so that they remain
motivated for the long run. This effects the organization by increasing the productivity,
profitability and achieve various principles which includes involvement, participation, team work
etc.
