Introduction
The employee engagement survey was participating by the 4,970 employees from
Kazakhstan. The survey was done on five bases and these bases are employee engagement,
job respect, teamwork, growth, and inclusion. All bases have also some options and all the
participants gave their responses on different opinions. The following report will discuss the
level of job satisfaction and motivation. With all these things, the report will analyze the data
recorded in the survey. The employee training has to be done according to the learning stage
and performance level. And this training will be used later to decide the efficiency of the
employees after simple evaluation. A systematic implementation has to be done in the career
development side. Regular performance appraisal should be done in the organisations.
Analysis of Data
The first question people were asked during this survey was whether or not I would
recommend the company as a place to work. So in response to this question, 4 percent of the
people replied that they do not know about it, 8 percent of the people had the answer,
strongly disagree, 16 percent believed that they tend to agree and 69 percent of people
strongly agreed with it.
As a result, it can be said that people strongly agree with the point that they are engaged in
the company work.

When the survey of the respect overview was done, the majority of people had the opinion
that I have access to the tools, I need to do my job, and 77 percent of them strongly agreed
and it was the highest percentage of this part.

When the survey turned to teamwork overview, for this also 970 people were consulted, then
most people went in favour of we work together as a team and 4 percent of the total people
Strongly agreed. And very few people responded don’t know.
When the survey turned to the growth overview, the inclination of 65 percent of the people
was that I had opportunities for development and progress. And 65 percent of people were
also in favor of I have access to the training I need to build my skills.
When the survey progressed towards its final stage, people were asked about the inclusion
overview in which many questions were asked from the people who participate in the survey.
But 68 percent of the people had the opinion of My Manager Cares about Me; these 68
percent were strongly agreed on this part.
The above pie chart is highlighting the percentage of employees who tend to disagree on
some points of the survey in different bases. In the context of employees’ engagement, 5
percent of employees select the option of working for the company a year from now. This
means they do not want to work continuously in the organization but they are pretending to

work in the organisation for the next year. Just like this, many employees are pretending at
some points which are mentioned in the given pie chart.
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that most of the employees are satisfied with
the job but on the other side, some employees think that they are not happy with the job but
they are pretending to be happy for the sake of the job.
