Sum of Don't Know
Sum of Strongly Disagree
A comparison of the individuals who strongly disagree and those who don’t know
presents some unique findings from the dataset. The number of people who don’t know is
higher than the number of people who strongly disagree. This may be an indicator that there
is a considerable proportion of the employees who are disgruntled and feel left out from the
vision that the organization shares. The employees who don’t know may just be indifferent to
what is happening within the organization. They are primarily concerned about getting the
job done and earning their income. Those who strongly disagree may have some bad
experiences with the organization. Of importance to note however is this number is quite
small though it is imperative for the management to create an environment where shall
employees can speak up their concerns and they can potentially hamper the progress of the
organization.
The motivation of employees and ensuring that they are satisfied with the
organization is an essential part of boosting the productivity of the organization. From the
findings of this survey, 77% of the employees agree that they are effectively rewarded, 84%
said that they were treated fairly and with respect, this was the same for those who express
that their opinions were respected, 74% affirmed that their opinions within the organization

were given an audience, 81% expressed satisfaction with how the differences within the
organization were treated and 78% agreed that the organization appreciated and embraced
diversity.
These findings clearly indicate that over 77 % of the employees within the
organization agree that the environment provided within the organization is conducive for
them to work effectively. Among other thing employee motivation and satisfaction is treated
by how the employees feel both to the management and how they can interact with each other
within the work environment. Trust within the organization is established when employees
feel that they are treated with dignity, respect, fairly and their input in the organization is duly
recognized by fair compensation or rather opportunities for growth. Owing to these results, it
can be conclusively asserted that the employees in this organization are motivated and
satisfied with the environment that has been created by the management and colleagues. It is
also important to note that there may be some employees who are not happy with how the
organization operates but this is expected for any organization.
