focus on their communication strategy, wages and promotion and leadership styles to enhance
employee engagement within a working environment. because it helps the employees in sharing
their ideas and views with each other and developing their skills as well. also, this may lead to
the profitability of the organisation.
employees so that they could enhance their knowledge and skills about the particular work which
is assigned to them. they are also involving them in innovative process or decision making
process which could feel them better and brings confidence in them. training is not only the
addition of the skills but also it enhances the productivity of the employees so that they could
work more effectively in the organisation and this will result in enhancement of the
organisational profitability and revenues (Sullivan, and et.al., 2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above it is been concluded on the aspect of employee engagement that it helps
the organisation in enhancing its success. The employee engagement can be in diverse in nature
but it is difficult to handle. In context of Sainsbury there are some of the benefits of employee
engagement are being discussed in the above essay. A business case is discussed as it is about
taking feedbacks to encourage employee’s engagement. it is concluded that organisation should
