Introduction
In business, ethics refers to the moral, values and principles
which followed to conducting business in an effective
manner. Management should focus on providing
understanding about the following ethical considerations
and principles in a better manner.

Ethics consists the acceptable behaviour standards and also
maintaining an integrity in workplace. Ethical behaviour
is mainly characterized through fairness, equity and
honesty in the professional and interpersonal
relationships. This respects dignity, person rights and
diversity.

At workplace, unethical behaviour consists obeying rules of
company, taking responsibility, professionalism, positive
communication and colleagues trust. The work ethics is
necessary as this enables the management to treat all staff
members as equal and think from their perspective. It is
necessary for management to feel safe and secure
regarding the career and job also.

Other than this, ethical behaviour is better for the business
and consists demonstrating the respect for moral
principles which consists equality, diversity, dignity and
the fairness. Management should be assure that all the
staff members clear regarding the ethical expectations of
behaviour and provide them knowledge regarding
following all the ethical considerations in a better manner.

Conclusion
It has been concluded from above mention report that
management should provide the ethical training to
employees so that they can work ethically and not breach
the ethical principles. It helps in enhancing reputation as
well as business productivity.
