Dear employees
I am sure you would agree that health is the real wealth for every individual living
on earth. A healthy body can achieve everything in life and overcome any adverse
situation, in personal as well as professional life. Experienced and hardworking
employees like you are very important for this leading company to set up example for
employee fitness.
Success cannot be achieved alone, employees and employers need to work
together for the ultimate success. However, if the employees are not fit or physically
able, then nobody can achieve success.
This open fitness center will have aerobic classes, swimming pool, and weight
machines to put you all back in shape. It will be open from 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. daily and a
qualified instructor will be there as well. Employees will have the preference, but their
spouse or children can also use the center with the facilities of shower and locker.
Unhealthy life style not just costs you but the company as well. Our competitors
are gaining 762 work days in a day with short hospital stays or leaves, wheeras we are
losing from our 365 days
The main objective is that you all need to use this fitness center for your as well
as for the companies benefit so that we could achieve success together. Hence, this
fitness center is not just your health, but for the benefits of the company as well.
You should not see this as mandatory task, but you should acquire this habit of
fitness, as this will make your work stress free and full of fun.
