`The accident of the given case study is about a young girl of 21 years of age who died
because of the injuries at the time of working on a large riding lawn mower in the village Alberta
(Mertz, 2019). Some regulations are there associated with the death of a person at the time of
working in the workplace. The safety obligations have originated directly in the federal levels
but the state also have some specific rights for developing their own standards. The occupational
health and safety program is a definite plan designed specifically to prevent the employees from
the safety and the occupational diseases. Specific some parts of the program is required under the
occupational health and safety legislation in almost Canadian jurisdiction. As the organizations
are different, the regulations may not be effective everywhere, the effectiveness of the rules are
different to different sectors (Bayram, Ünğan & Ardıç, 2017). No languages should not affect the
interpretations of the regulation or the legislations. The legislations or regulations are unique and
its effects must be same to each and every one. There is no chances of occurring any kind of
biases regarding the languages.

The HR of any company has some specific roles in the prevention of accidents. The
specific roles are described below:
Setting a proper tone at the time of the recruitment and the hiring is going on. The newly

They must also be sure that what the employees find what is in for them. The employees

workers. They should make an analysis regarding which persons are more prone to suffer

In the organization where I works, so many people works here, among them some are
part time employees while some are full time employees. An accident has occurred in the
workplace which took the life of the employee at such a small age. In order to prevent people
from accidents, the organization must form a new policy of wearing safety gear at the workplace
so that the employee can prevent himself from any severe injuries. So many jobs require
uniforms whereas those jobs which require to wear safety gear are those jobs which require
separate dress code. A person who works in any organization or factories need to wear gear. In
this organization also there is an urgent need to make a new policy of introducing the new law.
However in order to introduce the new policy (Younesian et al., 2016). For implementing the
new policy the managers and the leaders of the organization should take necessary steps in order
to implement the new policy. At the initial conditions the company have to bear the costs of the
making new policies and programs for regulating the safety of the workers,
communicating with the employees and monitoring of the safety program (Haghighi et al,
2017).
