Subject: Preparation of the project
It was a great experience while working on this project as it helped me to learn about different
topics that I have was not aware about previously. For the following project I have evaluated the
key role of employees and also HR manager while working for IDVERDE. For evaluating the
same, I have read different articles and also collected online journal articles with the help of
Google scholar. Goggle scholar is having different articles for various topics and that have made
my work more easy going. I prepared a report structure and accordingly have done my research.
I selected the best points that can reflect the topic well. I have done research on organisation’s
background and analysed the vision and mission of it. Accordingly I analysed the role of
employees at the workplace and importance of their engagement for achieving business goals.
Further I analysed the importance of training and development sessions that are conducted at
IDVERDE and the way different training programs helps the employees to work effectively. I
also analysed the role that a HR manager plays for the business and the way an organisation
works on effective plan that HR comes up with. I analysed about the respective skills that a HR
manager requires for working effectively in the organisation. I also analysed the impact of macro
as well as microenvironment on business performance of IDVERDE.
At the starting I prepared draft of different topics that I collected from different articles and
accordingly analysed them. After understanding all the respective topics, I finally prepared an
summary of all in order to have clear understanding of topics. In order to make my report
attractive, I took help of graphics that worked effectively for making my report more organised
and attractive. After all the research and preparation of different topics from different articles, I
took help of different scholarly articles that I have read to make appropriate citation. At the end I
prepared the executive summary that summarized all this big report into a small summary so that
it becomes easy for readers to understand the respective topics.
Thus, I have come up with this report with all my personal experience and also research that I
have done while collecting the information of different topics. I only used secondary sources for
extracting these information and these secondary resources are scholarly articles and different
websites. The case study also helped me to understand different part of the topics and that helped
me out to complete the report on time. I used to divide my time to different topics so that a clear
understanding can be there of all the respective topics. This report helped me understand the

value of time management skills as now I finish my work before time and never waste my time
in unnecessary activities. This report will also be helpful to me in my near projects as there are
many hidden skills that got enhanced while working on this project.
