There are numerous ways in which the employees of the organization can be motivated
and benefited as well, however one amongst all of them may attract more employees for the
organization and that is monetary incentives. Incentives could be provided to the employees for
creating motivation. Providing incentives on regular basis would remind the employees that their
work is appreciated as well as help them in balancing long term and short term goals.
The operational requirements of the business organizations, have increased, which means
that the need for hiring new employees have increased as well. But these organizations have to
work hard to retain the employees as well. The employees would like to be appreciated as well as
respected. The employees should be encouraged for gaining new skills. They should be provided
ample continuing opportunities of education (Bradler, et al., 2016). The employees should be
trusted by providing them responsibilities which would allow them in growing. The employees
should be given incentives for their additional effort. It would align the employees’ interests in
revenue as well as profit goals of the organization and would serve as inherent incentive for
staying with the organization. Relaxation time should be provided despite hard economy. The
employees should be provided enough time for vacations and sick days.
While an employee is rewarded with incentives, they receive recognition in the
origination as well. Importance to reward employees within organization is this spurs the
employees in working harder as well as be much more productive. Recognition makes
employees work harder and make them more productive as well (Short, 2016). Importance of
recognition for increasing motivation is turning out to be much greater. Recognizing the
employees makes them happy and happy employees usually are more productive. When there is
