Answer to the Requirement 1
The document for the policies related to Employee information collection and
Procedure should be reviewed within one to three years, but most importantly at an every
annual period. It is very important to review the policies to ensure that the employees are
complied with the rules and policies of the company (Flowerday & Tuyikeze 2016). This is
very important because, employees are the only human resources that plays specific roles in
the department and helps in achieving the target. Regular review of the policies will help the
company to keep an update on employee practices, issues employees are facing in the
organisation, ensuring that the employees are constant in the company’s decisions. It is the
role of management to establish an ethical and effective policies & procedures for the
employees.
Answer to the requirement 2
Pomodoro technique is a management tool that is used by the manager to organise
their tasks in different time cycles (Ko & Rossen 2017). This technique helps to focus on the
work within the time frame. In this technique helps in increasing the productivity by taking
breaks ta each & every intervals of 15-20 minutes. This technique involves six steps. They
are:
It decides the task that is needed to be done
It sets the timer for the task, which is known as pomodoro timer for 25 minutes.
Then the management work on the task
It allows to end the work when the timer clocks and then allows to review the task.
If any clarification is required, then it allows to repeatedly perform step 2 process.
After completion of four pomodoro, it allows to take break for 15-30 minutes.

This technique will help to plan, record, track and process the transition into the
computerised accounting system. Planning stage will help to prioritise the tasks and recording
the tasks according to it that is listed in “To Do Today List”. It allows to do self-observation
and improve the performance.

Feedback is the best way to encourage the team members to drive the performance.
Focusing on the team member’s strength will help to provide a positive feedback for them.
Motivating the team members with reward and recognition helps to boost the team’s
performance. This helps to build confidence to improve their areas of performance (Bennett,
Gadlin & Marchand 2018). Position feedback will be given through recognition and
appreciation. Feedback can be given through performance discussions in the meetings,
creating interviews to understand the employees, through personal email to the team
members. Encouraging the team members by providing greater opportunities for their self-
employment. Feedback for the best performance will be rewarded with incentives, bonus
trips, giving more responsibilities. This will help the team members to invest themselves
more in the work and helps is contribute work with more loyalty. The feedback will also
include sharing efficient information to help the team members engage in their work.

Procedure:
Personal information should only be collected if it is necessary and must be granted
by employees only (Safa, Von Solms & Furnell 2016). It must contain all records,
reason for collection and the recipients that are collected from the employee’s
records.
If an individual finds any misleading of their information, then they can complain
the fact according to the Information Privacy Act 2009.
The supply of information should not be provided voluntarily, it must be done
according to the law.
The personal information should only be used by the human resource management
for dealing with employee payroll processing, administration of superannuation.
The employee related information must be stored in electronic form or in a most
secure environment.

Process Payroll- Payroll application completes all the tasks with payroll, track
