organisation that stands strong in favour of their staff or employees interest develops better

per data of Dovetail recruitment, 2021, 1,200 experts have examined the overall job
happiness of UK workers, which shows that more over a third (39.9 per cent) of national
professional employees are unhappy about their present employment. The present report will
highlight several aspect of the cause and will also develop better understanding of the reason
for the given concept (‘Over a third of UK workforce unhappy’, 2021).
Nature and impact of job dissatisfaction and work-life balance
Job dissatisfaction means unhappiness or discontent regarding employment or the
workplace. Employment unhappiness may also promote poor behaviours at work, the Human
Resource Management Society warns. Roughly 40% of employees who are disappointed with
their careers play on their colleagues. Another 55% go online, and 15% go to work for
dinners (Juckes and et. al., 2021). Consumption of liquor and use of social media are also

This unfortunately promotes employee dissatisfaction as it lead to unnecessary pressure of
giving their efforts towards society in which business is operating (Popp and et. al., 2019).
Technological: It includes use of technologies for operating several operational task in
an organisation. Lack of technologies contributes towards employee dissatisfaction in a given
company.
Legal: This includes legal laws and procedures under which an organisation work in
to be governed under a respective economic region. High complex legal laws and rules
ultimately adds to employee dissatisfaction.
Environmental: This factors includes use of sustainable tools as well as techniques to
perform several activities in an organisational firm. It adds to unproductivity in an
organisational firm and also is held responsible for wastages of resources in the company
(Wilkinson and et. al., 2020)
PMI (Decision-making tool)

intriguing). It is used to encourage more than one perspective to examine ideas, concepts and
