The various implications of managing all the relations in the public sector are
as follows. The implications of resource management with the human for maintaining
relationships with labor remain a source of many controversies. The implications
result in excellence, productive, empowered, innovative, responsiveness and
flexibility of maintaining labor relations. Politicians used to attempt the limit of their
lobbying arms that prepared to make realistic changes. The various innovations
undermine public sector to lead its solidarity among the union ranks. The various
innovations designed with involvement in decision making and it is a major
component of HRM reforms.
Collective bargaining took place between representatives which are selected
by workers they are acting on behalf of employers; this leads to enhance mutually
accepted time and covers collective bargaining. The implications of managing public
relations influence knowledge, motivation, commitment and competence of the
Human Resource Management. Position based system focuses on choosing the
upmost-suited person with the public sector to influence internal mobility. A public
sector employee represents that HRM practices by separate employees by
representing employees in the public and private sector with fewer exceptions. The
reflection tells about these implications in managing public relations in the public
sector (Vandenabeele et al., 2018).
