Aim
The aim of this research is “to access the relationship between leadership style and employees”.
A case study on Jaguar.
Objectives
The main objectives of this research are:
To identify the various leadership styles in Jaguar.
To identify the role of motivation of employees in Jaguar.
To identify the role of leadership styles in motivation of employees in Jaguar.
Methodology
Approach:
The required research methodology that a researcher uses to complete the research
process is referred to as the research approach (Al-Jedaia and Mehrez, 2020). These research
methods are divided into two categories: inductive and deductive. In this research, the researcher
tends to use a deductive method to collect data because they are interested in quantitative data
and need enough time.
Design:
The method of designing an effective research structure procedure is referred to as
research design. The researcher chooses to use a descriptive research design for this study
because it allows them to obtain qualitative data for the research project.
Methods:
The term "research methods" refers to the techniques used by researchers to gather data
for their studies. Primary and secondary approaches are used to gather data. The primary method
is used to perform this study (Chang, 2020). In which data is gathered from a variety of
participants who are chosen from a wide number of people by preparing a questionnaire for those
employees to complete.
Participants:
The participants in this study were chosen from Jaguar Land Rover employees in order to
obtain answers to a questionnaire that will be prepared in order to collect data for this study. A
total of 30 people will be chosen at random from the company’s employees.
Validity and reliability:

Validity and reliability apply to the degree to which data gathered from different sources
is trustworthy in arriving at a conclusion. In order to complete this study, it was discovered that
the researcher used accurate and reliable data, which aided in the development of a valid
conclusion (Lasrado, 2020). In order to complete this study, the researcher considered the
opinions of company employees using a questionnaire. It can be inferred that the data gathered is
both accurate and correct.
Data analysis:
This is used to interpret data that has been obtained from a variety of sources and is very
broad. It must be analysed in order to come up with a suitable research output. The researcher
has used various analytical methods for the purpose of this study, which are used for careful
analysis of raw data obtained in this research process from various sources.
Ethical considerations
When it comes to choosing the best location and time to perform the study, the researcher
follows a number of ethical guidelines. In this regard, the most important concepts relate to the
avoidance of deceptive practises and the provision of appropriate rights to withdraw and preserve
confidentiality when performing research, which is beneficial in reducing the risk of damage and
obtaining informed consent. As a result, research executives who follow these guidelines carry
out the required tasks in an efficient and visible manner.
Respect for the autonomy, privacy and dignity of individuals and communities
The privacy of individuals should be respected, and studies should make sure that they are
not personally identifiable unless there are extraordinary situations, and only with explicit,
unambiguous informed consent. Researchers should avoid practises like sample selection and
study content that are unequal, prejudiced, or biased (Nyangarika and Bundala, 2020). Even if,
the participants are unconcerned about a possible breach of confidentiality, they should ensure
that any information or data gathered about them is anonymized and cannot be tracked back to
them. Rights of individuals that will continue to be protected as a result of the responsible and
good researchers.
Scientific integrity
The Scientific Integrity context is being developed as a collection of recommended

consensus on scientific integrity requirements and better prepare them to operate in a fast-
changing research setting. Research integrity is the active adherence to the ethical principles and
professional standards required for responsible research practise. It's important to make the study
goals as transparent as possible so that everyone understands what the analysis is attempting to
accomplish.
Social responsibility
Researchers must have a sense of social responsibility because it forces them to consider
the predictable societal implications of their work, particularly when those consequences risk
safety of people, community, health, or welfare. On the other hand, the social positions of
researcher go beyond adhering to ethical standards of community or society as a whole. For
example, researchers are given no supervision and are free to conduct experiments as they see fit
(Ranganathan and Shivaram, 2020). Furthermore, researcher’s creative expertise acquired
through their studies, education, and skills allows them to recognise the limitations of science as
well as when its implementation is a misuse or even abuse of the science. Therefore, it is the duty
of researchers to protect their work from unauthorised use.
Maximising benefit and minimising harm
Researchers have a duty of non-maleficence to their test subjects, which means they do not
hurt them. It is also his or her responsibility to ensure that only properly trained investigators
perform risky testing. Researchers must demonstrate that they took appropriate precautions in
order to solve the problem of damage risk (Mohammed, 2015). This will include defining
possible threats, determining the likelihood of their occurrence, analysing the risk to evaluate its
acceptability in relation to the goals of study and eventually minimising the risks which will
include taking measures to reduce them.
