Learning needs
This is the period where the employer gives the employee time to be able to know how
the company works, therefore, he or she is put under different tests which will determine whether
the employee is eligible to do the work or not. This period usually differs from the employer they
all have their different ways of how to handle it. It is something as an employer you should never
ignore because you have to assess how the employee is.
I usually give my employees a period of six months to ensure that they are well equipped.
This will guarantee me that they are ready to start working with me. I give them different test
which ensures that they are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they will work
diligently. Yeah, there is a time limit because you have targets to achieve so it cannot be a
process that will take forever. This process is there to ensure that the employees get maximum
working experience which will determine whether they can handle the pressure.
I always have budgeted for this process because I know it is a process in which I have to
make sure that my employees have passed through so that I ensure that they know what they are
dealing with. This is a process to ensure that the bad are removed from the good, I have to know
what I am dealing with because if I do not know my business will crush and it is something
which can be prevented. My company is always prepared for anything because you will never
know what will come up so we have to prepare ourselves. There is always a budget for
something that might come up at any given time, there is always something which can come up
at any time and therefore you have to be prepared at all times.
There was one time an employee told me to ensure that I involve them in decision
making. Then I tried it once I was surprised by how much the employees had ideas on how to
improve the company to the next level. Employees are people who know everything that is

happening in the company therefore if you do not involve them in decision making you will
always mess up. This is due to you not knowing what happens in the company therefore you will
make decisions based on your thinking.
There are sometimes where people discourage you all the time, not everybody in this
world wants to see you prosper therefore when they have a chance of making you feel less of
yourself they will make sure that you have felt that way. Negative energy is always there because
there are people who wish to be in your shoe but due to them making bad decisions they are not
able to accomplish whatever you have accomplished so their method is to make sure you be
miserable as they are. The negativity you should never accept it.
