Introduction
Hello everyone! I am really overwhelmed today and would like to thank my respected board
members, CEO, managers as well as my supervisors as well as colleagues. I would like to point
out that without the training, hard work, encouragement, reorganization, determination and
motivation, this would have never been possible.
First Main Point
One of the chief factors that have led me to the “employee of the month” award is both extrinsic
as well as intrinsic motivation. Mu team leaders have encouraged me through motivating speech
in a challenging situation. The appraisal structure provided me with extrinsic motivation
Second Main Point
I would also like to thank my colleagues as well for excellent team support and unity within the
team. Without team unity, several successes that we have gained as a team would not have been
possible.
3rd Main point
Another factor that has made this possible is the supportive care and training that I have got from
my family as well as my institution.
Conclusion
I am really honored as well as obliged for the award. It will act as a motivation for me in the
future and will also impose a positive impact on my loyalty towards the organization.
