Introduction
In order to consider the present research, there are several sub points included that help to
assess impact of motivation on the problem of absenteeism of people in Excel education college.
There are different methods exist that can be used by management of Institution to increase
motivation level of people (Nguyen, Groth and Johnson, 2016).
Research background
Motivation creates positive impact on the solution towards the different issues which take
place in Education industry. In this way, it is important to conduct proper research so that aims
and objectives of the institution could be improved(Balkis, Arslan and Duru, 2016). Present
research is based on analysis of influence of motivation of employees in Excel education college
on the problems of Absenteeism. Analysis of satisfaction level of employees towards
management in college is also taken in to consideration to identify the ways through which
motivation of employees can be raised. Effective research methods are used to accomplish and
achievement of proper and adequate results.
Research problem
In respect to conduct the present research, there are some problem and issues have been
take in to consideration that occurs while carrying out study. In this consideration, there are
several employees in Excel education college who always remain continuously absent so that the
Institution decide to motivate them through provide them such benefits to accomplish their
desired aims and objectives (Daskin, Arasli and Kasim, 2015).

 How the loss that suffered by management of Excel education college to motivate their

 To assess the reasons of absenteeism in Education Sector .
 To identify alternative solution to remove this reason in Excel education college.

Rational (why this is important and who will benefit from this research)
In order to conduct the present research, it is important to find reasons for absenteeism in
education sector. This is because, every enterprise suffer loss due to provide training to all
members. It creates negative impact and create more loss to the company. In respect to develop
creativity, hotel industry will get several benefits to motivate their employees (Taylor, Bogdan
and DeVault, 2015). There are different methods to motivate people which helps to increase
positivity in the institution. Excel education college suffer more loss and they face problem of
absenteeism. Therefore, present research helpful to create systematic results to develop more
creativity at workplace.
Scope of the research
Absenteeism drain on the country results in the education sector. This sector getting
segment of the customers in systematic manner. It will helpful to gain more creative results in
the institution. From the above research, education sector can easily know reasons of the
absenteeism and ways to motivate them (Gast and Ledford, 2014). Hence, they will get several
benefits to perform different functions and outcomes at workplace. With the help of the proper
research, proper functioning will be considered in the institution. Along with this, research also
helps to find new ways to develop creative results in proper manner. It helps to understand that
institution will easily develop their creative results at workplace.
Research mythology
In respect to considered proper research outcomes, research methodology plays vital role
in the success of the institution. In this consideration, there are two kinds of philosophies exist in
which interpretivism research philosophy used to analysis proper research in systematic manner.
With the help of the primary and secondary data analysis research tools implemented that helps
to analysis views of respondents (Sutrisna and Setiawan, 2016). Further, inductive research
approach has been used to identify creative results at workplace. It is the creative perspective that
make proper findings towards the aims. For this analysis, descriptive research design has been
used to analysis research and considered proper findings.

Sample population
In respect to analysis the present study, simple random sampling method has been
implemented to find the proper research findings. In respect to consider the proper research
activity 20 sample size has been selected in which employees of Excel education college has
been selected. It will helpful to find proper outcomes in the research to analysis the results.
Furthermore, simple random sampling method selected to find proper research outcomes. It will
helpful to find systematic outcomes in the institution in proper manner (Farooq and O'Brien,
2015). In order to find the proper outcomes, this sample method has been implemented to find
proper findings at workplace.
Data analysis
In order to find proper outcomes and results, thematic data analysis has been implemented.
In this consideration, graph has been made on the basis of themes. It will help to analysis the
proper functions and understand the activities in systematic manner. With the help of the
different themes aims and objectives will be completed in systematic manner (Balkis, Arslan and
Duru, 2016). In addition to this, it is also helpful consideration to design new further
consideration to accomplish desired results.
Ethical issues
There are different ethical issues are also take place in the institution which create negative
impact on the institution. In this way, researcher has lack of time and cost so that it will create
negative impact. Beside this, researcher should concentrate on the rules and regulations to
complete this research. It will helpful to undertake systematic activities in the Institution (Taylor,
Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).
Chapter conclusion
From the above research, it can be concluded that motivation create positive impact to make
systematic results. With the help of the proper aims and objectives will be completed in proper
manner. Furthermore, rationale also implemented that help to concentrate on the research
outcomes and results to find creative results. Moreover, it also concentrates on the data analysis
to make sure that targets and results will be develop in positive manner. Ethical issues are also
explained that helps to understand creative results at workplace. There are various strategies like
increasing employees pay scale, providing flexible work timings, recognition and participation in

decision making etc. are required to be used by Excel education college to raise the motivation of
employees at institution.
