In order to consider the present research, there are several sub points included that help to
assess impact of motivation on the problem of absenteeism of people in Excel education college.
There are different methods exist that can be used by management of Institution to increase
motivation level of people (Nguyen, Groth and Johnson, 2016).
Research background
Motivation creates positive impact on the solution towards the different issues which take
place in Education industry. In this way, it is important to conduct proper research so that aims
and objectives of the institution could be improved(Balkis, Arslan and Duru, 2016). Present
research is based on analysis of influence of motivation of employees in Excel education college
on the problems of Absenteeism. Analysis of satisfaction level of employees towards
management in college is also taken in to consideration to identify the ways through which
motivation of employees can be raised. Effective research methods are used to accomplish and
achievement of proper and adequate results.
Research problem
In respect to conduct the present research, there are some problem and issues have been
take in to consideration that occurs while carrying out study. In this consideration, there are
several employees in Excel education college who always remain continuously absent so that the
Institution decide to motivate them through provide them such benefits to accomplish their
desired aims and objectives (Daskin, Arasli and Kasim, 2015).
