Brief statement of the problem, research aim, and objectives
In the current era, workforce plays an imperative role in the accomplishment of the
organizational task in the least time. In the ecommerce industry, the motivation of workforces
has been increased that directly affect organizational performance. It is addressed that the
impact of workforces have been enhanced on behalf of last decades in the ecommerce
industry that could directly impact on the organizational performance (Zameer, Ali, Nisar, &
Amir, 2014).
It is evaluated that motivation could give their best contribution to the improvement of team
management and engagement as well as financial increased. The organization could
comprehend needs of employees and imply the motivational tool for improving the
organizational performance (Hameed, Ramzan, & Zubair, 2014).
In addition, it is examined that AMAZON offered product and services by considering the
online sources. This organization has used internal and external factors at the working place
and motivate them accordingly. Moreover, the policy of motivation could encourage the
workforce of their organization for increasing the possibilities of getting higher benefits.
Organization could also need to deeply evaluation the role of motivation in improving the
performance of the organization (Raziq & Maulabakhsh, 2015).

Amazon. The data will be collected by different sources named academic journals,
government data, and rail industry report (Jayaweera, 2015).
Data collection
Secondary data will be gathered from the industry sources to get the data to meet research
issues.
Interviews
For supporting the findings by secondary data collection method, the researcher will use
employee interview for comprehending opinion and views of others. The collected responses
