that assist in motivating the employees. Other suggestions include the development of the
community which states that make the long hours bonding with the employees. It is important to
invite employees and their families so as to know better about the employees and their families
by organizing company picnics and gathering events. Next, it is important to engage the
employees in the incentive process, rewards and also the suggestion box that supports in
motivating the employees to perform better and supports the organization for the achievement of
the goals (Ross Cloney, 2014). Any rewards or appreciation motivates the employees to work
better in an effective and efficient manner and on the other hand, suggestion box help out to take
the appropriate feedback from the employees regarding their doubts or complain so that the
senior management consider timely and take appropriate to resolve their issues and problems.
Next suggestion which needs to be included in the list is to offer the opportunity for the
employees to learn the desired skills when the employees are stuck while performing the day to
day operations feeling less motivated, dissatisfied and less creative while performing their duties.
It is important to enhance the feeling of satisfaction in relation to the job among the employees
and assist in increasing their abilities for improving the business productivity and profitability by
organizing training programs (Lebel, et. al., 2018). This can be done by organizing training
programs that help out the employees to become productive and enhancing the skills that assist
and supports them to effectively contributing towards the achievement of the business goals.
Employed now (or have been in the past), the way supervisor motivated
It is imperative that new employees remain motivated for better performance in several ways. In
the context of my past job, my supervisor tries his level best to keep their employees motivated
for achieving better results. My supervisor takes all necessary steps that support me in achieving
biter results and performs steer with great efficiency. My supervisor is always willing to listen
and meet with his employees and spend the time needed by employees by resolving their queries
and issues (Shao, et. al., 2017). He is trying his level best to provide feedback that supports in

improving the performance of the employees, organization and the various departments of the
company. He is always encouraging his employee by organizing fun raising activities and
implements new ideas that assist in keeping the working environment positive and healthy. As I
never employed before this job, my supervisor keeps us motivated and create a friendly working
environment and give a large amount of time to speed with the other colleagues and remain
familiar with the working process of the company. He tries his level best to create friendly and
comfortable where the employees are more eager to work with positivity and new energy.

Suggestions so that group members, including yourself, are motivated well to do the

It is important that the employees to perform the assigned work with expertise for giving positive
outlook by investing their time in something which is truly worthwhile because motivate people
to enjoy their work and perform their job in best possible way. To perform the work in a better
way, it is important that all the leaders of the business keep the team motivated and inspired. It is
suggested that by using the external factors assist in encouraging the team by improving the
bonus checks, time off, pay raises and the threat of losing the job supports the employees to
come out from this fear (Cheng, et. al., 2013). Further, the next suggestion includes overcoming
and fulfilling the personal desires of the employees so as to produce high-quality work by

the satisfaction level and provides a sense of enjoyment while performing their duties and
responsibilities in the business. Further, to implement this suggestion in an effective and efficient
manner, the supervisor can increase the payoffs and eliminates dissatisfactions among the
employees by giving assurance for job security. In this context, the next suggestion for the

Case Study 5
Willing to register at these sites to have free coupons
Yes, I am willing to register at these sites because it is one of the ways for saving money by
using the coupons for the products that in people normally purchase (Elliott, et. al., 2012). These
free coupon websites assist in purchasing the daily items at a low cost compared to other online
products. With the increase and expansion of the E-commerce market, new merchants are added
who consider the experiences of the customers and work on the appropriate feedback to satisfy
the customers in the best possible way. I am willing to register in these sites because the coupon
codes that are provided by these sites are easy to implement and easy to track with consistencies
in the process of conversion. This also supports in making a comparison between the different
prices offered by different websites in relation to the prices and quality of the product. Coupons
are termed as beneficial if used effectively and efficiently by framing out the proper strategies of
marketing. Further, it is beneficial because the customers can redeem the coupons within a
specified period of time as per the applied terms and conditions. The coupon that appears some
of these websites highlights and informs the customers in relation to the one or more offers that
prevailing in their local area (Nakharutai, et. al., 2019). In the end, there is no issue to register on
these websites until and unless it used with great due care and diligence.
Websites do become more users friendly
To become more user-friendly, these websites targeted local customers as per their location and
covers the largely local audience, which increases the possibility of increasing the customer base.
Further, these coupon websites focus on the spreading of information in relation to good deals.
To make it more user-friendly, it is important that the procedure of tracking and redemption of
the coupon is easy and simple so that each and every person can understand its process. To make
it more user-friendly, it is important that these coupons are easy to track which motivate the
customers to visits the coupon sites. It is important that these websites use the coupon in such a
way to commence the long term communication with new customers at a social media platform
(Boyol Ngan, et. al., 2018). By enhancing and improving the database of marketing so as to send
the coupon to maximum customers at one time especially the targeted customers. It is important

to make this website user-friendly in such a way that the customers can easily communicate with
then by using social media websites. Moreover, build such email base of marketing that
encourages the customers and their returns while offering a new product in their marketing
campaigns. These websites focus on providing the return money for the online shopping, for
instance, cash back system. Further, it is important that these websites should site the user-
friendly procedures for the redemption of coupons and generate loyalty schemes.
Become price is a good thing for the marketers
With so much competitive information relation to the prices and coupons make the consumer
more prices conscious. It is not a good thing for the marketers because they have to set the prices
of similar products that reserve by their competitors and its prices. Any change in their price
constantly impacts the demand and supply of that product. Due to this, marketer always remains
conscious about the prices that are offered by the competitors for similar products for
maintaining the profit margin (Jane Lewis, et. al., 2015). With this cost-cutting process, directly
impact the profitability and productivity of the product because the marketers also reduce the
prices of their product to remain in the market competition which reduces their profit margin.
Due to this, the customers become more and more conscious about the prices that are offered by
the other companies but on the other hand price incentives assist in bringing the customers to
maintain the nongoing purchases from the buyers who are price sensitive. With excessive use of
discounts and promotion can cause the customers more prices oriented. In this context, marketers
formulate en route towards the low-cost plans to boost up the customer base. Further, if
marketers reduce the prices, it is not important that the other customers noticed, this is one of the
additional point added to the negative point for the marketers.
