The following PPT has started with the employee loyalty part of the subject where
the factors of employee loyalty have been provided in a stable manner. Employee
loyalty is one of the major factors that helps the management of the organization to
ensure the success of the business. The presence of loyal and trusted employees are
key to the success of the business in the long run. There are different factors that
helps to secure the loyalty of the employees. These factors are Job Security, benefits
from the organization, Compensation policies of the organization and last but not
the least the presence of the financial stability of the organization. The next page has provided the factors related to employee motivational conscience
and motivation of the employees. The motivation of the employees is also important
for the success of the business in a proper and effective manner. The motivation of
the employees depends both on the intrinsic as well as extrinsic factors. This
includes Job Security, monitory incentive, trust and recognition of the employees.
Similarly the personal conscience can also be said to be a main factor for the
success of the business. This includes the likes of the desire of a person to preserve
status and also influence the media. The legal and moral standards to be followed to set up the ethical considerations
into place has also been provided in the video. The legal standard is based on the
policies and standards along with the ethical training of the employees. The moral
